What we do
PSP uses the tools of social research and data analysis to help clients understand the public and their other stakeholders. To do this we use in-depth interviews, focus groups, deliberative research, dialogue events and surveys.
PSP designs evaluation frameworks that capture both the outputs and impacts of projects, programmes and policies and we undertake independent evaluations that provide actionable findings.
We provide evidence-based recommendations about the way that policies and strategies could be developed, setting out the associated implications for organisational structures. Analysis of management data, staff surveys, interviews and focus groups all support the identification of how structures need to change to make an organisation more effective.
We also work with clients to develop bespoke training packages that meet their specific needs to support their work in researching the public and their customers, stakeholder engagement and consultation and evaluation.
