Stakeholder research, engagement and consultation
PSP constructs strategies for public and other stakeholder engagement. We help clients work out whether they want to develop long term mechanisms for interacting with specific groups of stakeholders or their representatives or undertake a more focused piece of work around a specific issue.
Stakeholder engagement, consultation and research are all based on deliberative techniques but seek to enable participants to provide answers to specific policy questions or recommendations on specific policy or practice options.
We design and manage the whole exercise, facilitating meetings, supporting expert contributors, analysing the discussions using social science research methods, and providing a publishable report with conclusions and recommendations, if required.
