Low level radioactive waste consultation
PSP worked with University College London on this stakeholder consultation for DEFRA, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and the devolved administrations. The project involved designing and facilitating two residential conferences for parties with a professional interest in disposing of low level radioactive waste and supported the development of a paper for wider public consultation on the available policy options.
PSP was also responsible for running an Internet forum to support the conference and enable debate to take place before and after the conference as the wider consultation paper took shape. This forum site was also used to host consultation papers during the formal public consultation in 2006.
