How we work
In designing our approach to a problem, we focus on the objectives of the project and build on existing knowledge. We are particularly experienced at drawing together data from multiple techniques to address our clients’ objectives.
PSP staff include trained researchers who ensure that the data we collect is robust and will stand up to scrutiny. We undertake reviews of existing work and experiences, secondary analysis of existing data, including management records, as well as primary data collection. When collecting new data we use a variety of methods including: interviews, focus groups, deliberative research and surveys.
As well as using research techniques we also run dialogue and consultation events.
