Quality Control
PSP’s quality assurance system is built around:
- written procedures, which include ensuring:
- all documents are checked by a second member of staff before being released to a client
- key documents are signed off by the client
- active project management, including:
- internal monitoring systems to ensure work is on track
- close contact with clients to ensure that the work meets their needs.
PSP is continually developing and adapting a set of office procedures that form the core of a quality manual. Our systems are based on the Business Excellence Model for which the company secretary is a TQMA trained assessor. There is a full disaster recovery plan in place and all electronic records are backed-up and stored off-sight.
We maintain close reporting relationships with clients, any significant amendments to original proposals are confirmed in writing, and a similar reporting arrangement is agreed with all subcontractors.
Our reports are of publishable quality, unless otherwise specified by the client, final reports and other end products are signed-off by a director. Technical appendices document how the work was conducted, as appropriate for transparency and to ensure the work can stand up to public scrutiny.
The company is registered under the Data Protection Act and works to the Market Research Society Code of Conduct in conducting fieldwork.
